The Neighborhood Vimi District Just north of downtown Orlando near the intersection of Virginia and Mills is the appropriately named "Vimi" District. It is a new and developing gay neighborhood located in one of the city's oldest communities. Along busy Mills is an ever expanding array of gay friendly businesses including The Center, Ritzy Rags, Rainbow City and the watering hole for the city's gay elite, The Cactus Club.
