Some towns just have some sort of strange aura about them. Prospect, located in the rolling
hills of southern middle Tennessee, is one of those towns.
Everything about the town seems to be old and decaying. The downtown area is like a trip
back in time.
A friend used to live in this house. Apparently, it once served as some kind of hospital.
The upper level, which was rarely visited, was full of old medical records and equipment...
And the occasional unseen patient.
The town’s cemetery is located on a hill where it can be seen from any point in town.
Unfortunately, this did not help two victims who were recently found murdered there. Two
young men from Birmingham were discovered there by an old couple one crisp autumn morning.
How they got to the area, no one knew. There were signs of a struggle before their throats
were slit. The killer and circumstances of the murders remain a mystery.
The population of the town keeps getting older as young people move away. And as the older
people die, the stories die with them.
