Methodist
College
Pulaski,
Tennessee
Founded well over a century ago, this college has managed to accumulate its fair share of
stories and legends.
The campus is usually empty, even on school days. One of the favorite campus activities is
exchanging tales about past people and places.
This building is said to be haunted by the college's founder, Thomas Martin. He has
frightened more that one unlucky student lost in the building.
Lonely labs in the underused and outdated science building were often interrupted by doors
slamming upstairs and mysterious breezes.
This old, classic, and creepy building houses years of emotion as well as the annual Martin
Methodist College charity haunted house. But the building, one of the only classic and
original buildings remaining on campus, is in danger of being destroyed.
This old and uninviting building is the male dormitory. Full of mysterious echoes and
wandering spirits, it is home to the nocturnal terror, the Blue Man.
Located next to Upperman Hall was a creepy confederate mansion. Shadows, lights and noises
were all noticed from the empty building from the next door vista. The college bought
the building with plans to convert it into administrative offices. But the building had to
be condemned, leaving only an empty hole in the ground.
